Submitting to IJP

Submission Guidelines

Submission to IJP confirms that the manuscript is original, approved by all authors, and not under review or published elsewhere in substantially the same form.

Required files

  1. Anonymized manuscript: the complete scholarly text without author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, file metadata, or self-identifying wording.
  2. Title page: full author information, corresponding-author details, acknowledgements, funding, conflicts, and other declarations.
  3. Figures or supplementary files: separate files when needed for production or review.
  4. Permissions: documentation authorizing reuse of third-party material, where applicable.

Submission information

The submitting author must enter an accurate title, abstract, keywords, article type, author order, and contact information. The information entered in the system should match the uploaded title page.

Author confirmations

  • All listed authors meet the journal's authorship criteria and approved the submitted version.
  • No eligible contributor has been omitted and no ineligible person has been included as an author.
  • Ethics approval and informed consent were obtained when required.
  • Funding, competing interests, data availability, and relevant AI use are disclosed.
  • The manuscript does not contain fabricated, falsified, plagiarized, or unlawfully reproduced material.

Revisions

When revision is invited, authors should upload a clean revised manuscript, a marked version if requested, and a point-by-point response explaining how each editorial and reviewer comment was addressed. Changes that were not made should be explained respectfully and with evidence.
